Private Yoga + Functional Fitness
This mode of practice is designed for the person who wants to increase mobility/flexibility, build muscle tone, strengthen, improve balance & stability, increase stamina, and bring balance to the body and mind. This approach is designed to give you the experience of a workout paired with the benefits of yoga you seek. Use of light weights, resistance bands, and dynamic movement are included based on each client's needs and goals.
Private Yoga for Stress Reduction
Life can be tough. It's stressful. Think of a yoga practice as an ever-evolving toolkit for stress management. Everyone combats stress differently, and the variety of stressors call for a range of methods. Whether your practice includes gentle movement, physical exertion, meditation/mindfulness, breath work, restorative yoga, or simply guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), an abundance of research supports the positive effects of yogic practices on the body. We can customize a well-rounded practice or utilize singular modalities to help restore homeostasis, or balance, to your whole being.
Couples
These sessions are great for two people who want to learn to work well together. A practice can be tailored to you as individuals or we can do partner yoga. Partner yoga is a great way to strengthen connection. These sessions are ideal for those interested in working on particular AcroYoga skills with guided instruction and spotting.
Deepen Your Practice
These sessions are for the experienced practitioner who wants a "tune-up" with hands-on assists and feedback. We can also use these sessions to work towards reaching particular levels of flexibility or strength, adding an element of challenge to their practice. As we deepen our practice, it is easy to develop movement patterns and habits which limit growth. For the busy yoga teacher, it is often challenging to dedicate time to your own practice that's not focused on planning. Partial demonstrations in classes can lead to imbalances over time. Private sessions with another experienced instructor are helpful to bring awareness to these areas to support a sustainable yoga career & practice. Not interested in physical practice and want to dive deeper into yoga philosophy or meditation? We can customize sessions together to study the other limbs of yoga more deeply.

How It Works
I offer 60 minute sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Packages are sold in groups of 4, 8, or 12 sessions.
Packages do have expiration dates.
Please be mindful of this when scheduling/rescheduling your sessions.
Once the client relationship is established, your space is reserved on my calendar.
We will establish a schedule, and adhere to it (to the best of our abilities).
Why do they expire?
I take work with each client seriously and put considerable time in research, planning, and customizing sessions to meet your needs. If you are dedicated to your practice or reaching goals, then I am excited to work with you on a regular basis. Expiration dates are like an invisible "accountability partner" to ensure you get what you paid for, and give you a "due date" for goal measurement. If you are only interested in an occasional session basis, it may be best for you to purchase single-sessions and schedule when there are openings. Single sessions are limited.
