In this beginner-friendly yoga class, we will explore breath-inspired movement, foundational concepts, and accessible ways to build postures to make the practice accessible. Through the use of props and interdisciplinary, yet simple movement, we will invite spaciousness, stability and flexibility into the body. With a focus on safe alignment and modifications to accommodate individual needs, this class is a great place for experienced yogis to get a "tune up" or for others to learn from the very beginning. This class is playful, exploratory, uses props galore, and has a relaxed, workshop style. Each class will include breath work, mindful movement, and relaxation. ALL LEVELS.
Calm & Strong Flow
This power class will offer students the ability to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow, students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. This class is not recommended for beginners.
Be Still & Flow (w/Aromatherapy)
In this yin & yang style class, we will combine both stillness and movement. The first portion of the class will focus on unlocking the "stuck" places in the body, helping to correct movement patterns and misalignment living in the deep, connective tissue. The second portion of class will awaken the muscles with slow, supportive movement. Accessible to all levels.
Candlelight & Community Flow
Via Facebook LIVE weekly! This well- balanced and intentionally paced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. Modifications are always offered. All Levels Accessible. Free, and open to the public. Registrants receive access to the replay.
Rise & Align Flow
Jump start your day with an early morning flow. This class will be comprised mainly of slow, powerful sequences. It is a blend of continual flow synchronized with the breath, dynamic movement, and static postures. Set the tone for your day with this accessible, yet challenging "workout." Each morning we will end with a relaxation to reset and prepare for the day ahead. Level 1/2 (some experience recommended).
Lunchtime Power Flow
This efficient 45-minute power flow accesses all major muscle groups and taps into the subtleties of movement. Combining stability training in static shapes and adding dynamic movement creates a perfect marriage of movement and meditation. Level 1/2 (some experience recommended).
